DO YOU EAT WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED?

You deal constantly with so many things in your life. You are juggling work, volunteering, family, and outside activities. You’ve done a pretty good job at managing all of this. But there is probably one thing in your life that  you haven’t mastered…and that is “emotional eating”.
