Jane Springer

Want to Make a Change for Spring?

Can you believe it? It’s almost spring! This year is flying by.

Here in north Florida, the azaleas and dogwoods are already blooming.   If you are in the north, just know that spring is on the way soon.

I love the change of seasons, especially spring. One minute, things look cold, dark and dreary and the next, it warms up, there is lots of color and there is the prospect of new possibilities and plans. Our energy can seem to change, right?

We want to spring clean (maybe), make outdoor plans and we think about how we can make some changes in our lives. It’s been a long winter.

Maybe you would like to make a change in your relationships (find new love or let go of an old love.)

Maybe you want to make a change in your health, like lose some weight before summer or do something about your prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, or aching joints.

Maybe you want to clear your closets and revamp your wardrobe.

Maybe you want to make a change in your work situation – start working part-time and pursue other interests, change jobs completely or just quit.

For me, I’ve been through a lot of those changes at various times in my life and seasons. I’ve gotten divorced, found new love, gotten remarried, had health crises and navigated overcoming them (like prediabetes and celiac disease,) gained weight and figured out how to lose it and keep it off. Plus, I retired and then went back to work.

None of these changes were easy, let me be clear. They were very challenging. I didn’t do it alone, for sure. I got help, because some changes that needed to be made seemed insurmountable.

Even today, the health challenges are still sometimes challenges and I’m not afraid to get help. Being coached has helped change my life.

That’s why I love being a coach. Helping you navigate change challenges is my jam.

Here is what one of my clients said about her experience in working with me:

“I worked with Jane at a time when I was dealing with the sadness of a recent divorce as well as the challenges of caring for aging parents.  Her compassionate yet action-oriented approach helped me greatly- I was able to begin to understand and accept what I was feeling but also identify ways I could move forward with my life.  She was supportive at every level and taught me how to better manage my thoughts and emotions in a way that would serve me and allow me to grow.  Her “sky’s the limit” perspective gave me a new view of the real possibilities for my life, which completely improved my outlook and my results.” Kathy U.

There are no words to express how grateful I am to know that my clients are now thriving. Some even come back to tackle new changes and challenges.

Are you contemplating making some changes in your life this spring, but are feeling a little stalled out on moving forward? I’d love to have a little chat with you about the changes you want to make and to see if we might be a good fit to work together. No pressure, just chat. You can schedule a free discovery call with me here.

Wishing you a beautiful, eventful and inspired spring!

In life and health,

Jane
