I have a friend who recently told me that she felt anger and resentment towards someone in her life and she really wanted to let go of that bitterness. It was eating her up. There are times in my life that I have had a hard time forgiving someone and still felt a little niggling of hurt and resentment.
God has given us the opportunity to let go of that hardness of heart – He will renew your heart. All you have to do is ask God for help in doing this. It will lighten your heart and your spirit. Ask Him today.
